Your band of the week is the Forgotten Boys.
Hailing from São Paulo, Brazil the Forgotten Boys have been described as “playing trashy punk in the tradition of the Dead Boys and Ramones, infusing that classic pulse with the amplified thrill of contemporary garage…..” Sounds like my kind of band. The band debuted in 1997 with a three-song album that included a cover of the Choir’s 1967 song “It’s Cold Outside”. Since then they have been a mainstay in the Brazilian punk scene and releasing several albums. You can check out their song titled “Just Done” below. Enjoy.
