For the past two days, my students have been watching a documentary profiling the economy of China. This film was featured on Discovery Education and really gave us a great insight to some of the problems this country is currently facing. Students, below is the writing prompt assignment I gave in class today. Please make sure that you have this assignment completed and submitted by tomorrow. Please address the following topics in your response

• Describe the state of the economy in China
• Address the major problem in the country…in other words, why is the economy so bad?
• Criticize the actions the government has taken to either help or hurt this country.
