Get Mean, It's okay!
Get Mean, It's okay!

Hello my name is Kelly, and my teacher Mr. McClung has asked us to write a blog post about one of the three options he gave us. I have chosen to write about the technology Movement in East Coast colleges.

The requirements are the same. But for those just started reading this blog website, here they are;

• One piece of Media
• Title (related)
• No more than 250 words

Now that we know the rules, its time to here the debate.

Personally I think that this is a rather ridiculous verdict seeing as some people, not many granted, are actually using there laptops to take notes. Banning the use of these things cold prove to slow down the learning rate and even cause a higher rate of drop outs due to stress.

If you are wondering what I mean by this, allow me to elaborate. Undeniably, technology is taking over many things that people used to do on their own. People in this day and age are spoiled, not trying to be mean, we can’t help it. But because of the sudden up roar of technology, people have learned to rely on technology. By taking these things away, you could be taking away someone’s capability of learning

As for the stress related drop outs, if people feel they have to change their learning style this could cause stress.
As for what to do about the people getting on other sites during class, teachers, get mean. You have a right to, you didn’t go to school for so long for nothing. If the same people do the same thing over and over, simply tell them to get out of your class. This will either scare them out of this, or scare them into doing there work, and if you loose students, less work for you.
