As move closer to the end of the school year, we are also nearing the end of our 2010 edition of the great Grass Derby. For those not aware, about a week ago we began a class competition to see who could grow the best patch of grass by creating ideal growing conditions…and after a week of growing we have a leader. Jeanette, Robert, and Alondra from 1st hour are currently in the lead, reporting growth of about half an inch. However, Esteban Washburn and others are right on their heels and are hoping to catch up…stay tuned for up dates.
