The massive winter storm system that everyone has been talking about has finally touched down here in Northwest Arkansas. With our area receiving heavy amounts of rain, ice, snow, and even thundersnow, it’s safe to say not only will we not be in school today but it might be a few days until we return to action. In the meantime, get outside and enjoy the snow.

It seems that there is a run of extreme weather happening everywhere at the moment. Here in Australia, many areas are still recovering from devastating floods that have not only destroyed property and business but have taken dozens of lives. Now this week, some of those same areas are being torn apart by a category 5 tropical cyclone. Our weather here in Adelaide has been the total oppisite of yours. We have had temperatures of 42deg Celcius this week!
That’s terrible….You definitely have the short end of the stick on the bad weather.
