The past two days in class we have been focusing on the counter reformation and how the Catholic Church responded to Martin Luther and the protestants. In class we discussed the spreading of protestant views and other religions that steamed from the reformation period and how difference in religious views tend to be a primary source for wars…such as the 3o years war. Today I used the Maps of War website t demonstrate how religion spreads to areas all over the world and to display the power that the Catholic Church had during this time period.
